HIGH QUALITY SERVICE, HIGH QUALITY TECHNICIANS.                             contact:

We take treating you and your bike with respect very seriously.  Our service technicians treat your bike as they would their own, and they stand behind our high service standards. We are always here to help, no matter what question or problem you may have with your bike. Just ask!

Estimates Are Always Free
When you bring in your bike for service, we always start with a free, no-obligation estimate of the work that's needed. Our sercive-writer will discuss your bicycle with you and carefully explain what we recommend, always respecting your choices and your budget.

When you purchase a bike from us, you do not just buy a bike, you receive a valuable service - a free adjustment package for one year after the purchase date. This will ensure your bike "breaks-in" smoothly.  It is normal for a recently purchased new bike to have minor shifting and braking problems. Not to worry, just bring it back for an adjustment, as many times as needed.  We strive to turnaround these adjustments in particular as fast as possible.

Our mechanics are professionally trained and certified to work on all bicycle makes and models, not just the ones we sell. So, whether it’s a minor tune-up or a major overhaul, you can count on us to do the job right the first time, every time.

Getting ready for a ride and discovered that a tire's gone flat? Did you hit a pot hole and knock your rim out of true? Sometimes you can't plan when your bike needs attention. Why not bring it in? If we can fix it on the spot, we will. And if we need more time, we'll let you know when to stop by to pick it up. Come in, call or e-mail us soon so we can make that important repair or adjustment and get you back on your bike ASAP.

If you prefer the convenience of an appointment, we'll let you know how long the repair will take so that you can plan accordingly. If it’ll be ready quickly, you might want to check out what's new in our store while you’re waiting. If you’re going to run some errands while your bike's being fixed, consider giving us a mobile number where we can reach you in case we have any questions. Customer service is our top priority, so let us know what works best for you!

Bicycle mechanics is constanlty changing. It requires frequent upgrades to training in order to keep up with the evolving parts, procedures, methods and technology. That's why we send our mechanics to various institutes and courses. These are just a couple of them.

Winterborne Bicycle Institute, located in Guelph, Ont. hosts a professional bicycle mechanics course and more.

United Bicycle Institute also hosts a well known professional bicycle mechanic course and other courses such as custom frame-building.

At Western Cycle, we offer a full range of individual services on any sort of bicycle. If it is pedal driven and not motorized we will work with it.
Our well trained mechanics are here for you, to answer question, assist you to find the right products and provide advice and experience. We will assess always for free with no obligation.
Our minimum labor charge is $10.00 and we are charging 3% (on labor) shop supplies & environmental fee on all work orders. This takes care of, for example, the premium grease in your hubs, the finest chain lube on your chain and the recycling of fluids and tires.
